The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in St. Charles in DuPage County rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $231,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Charles in the fourth quarter of 2020.
