The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Dupage City rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,500 - a 17.7% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Dupage City in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dupage City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,009, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
