On Oct. 6, Michael Turco purchased a four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 170 Circle Ave., Medinah from Szczygiel (trust) for $600,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,603.84, 1.1% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Medinah as of this publication.
