Caroline Sjøstedt from North Park and Erin Fitzharris from Elmhurst have been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Soccer Student-Athletes of the Week.

Sjøstedt, a senior forward for North Park, scored one goal and provided three assists during her team's 5-1 victory over Wheaton last Saturday in Chicago. This performance marked the first time a Viking recorded three assists against a CCIW opponent and also set the program's record for its largest margin of victory over Wheaton.

On the defensive side, Erin Fitzharris of Elmhurst started two games last week, achieving a goals-against average of 0.50 and an .875 save percentage with a record of one win and one draw. The sophomore made three saves to secure a 2-0 win against Carroll on Wednesday and added four more saves in a 1-1 tie with Millikin on Saturday.

The list of CCIW Women's Soccer Student-Athletes of the Week for 2025 includes Sjøstedt as the most recent offensive honoree, with previous recipients being Keira Robinson (Illinois Wesleyan), Lauren Nevins (Elmhurst), Liza Wiley (Illinois Wesleyan), Izzy Jones (Millikin), and Kelli Coughlin (Elmhurst). On defense, Fitzharris joins past honorees Leah Roe (Wheaton), Naveah Darby (Carroll), Lily Mattison (North Central), Ainsley Stallworth (Carthage), and Nora Simon (Elmhurst).
