Nevins also played the entire match during Elmhurst's 1-0 victory over Kalamazoo last Wednesday.
Darby, representing Carroll, made her second start of the season as goalkeeper last Monday against Beloit. She recorded six saves and secured a shutout in Carroll’s 3-0 win.
The CCIW continues to recognize outstanding performances each week. Defensive awards have gone to Lily Mattison of North Central, Ainsley Stallworth of Carthage, and Nora Simon of Elmhurst.
