City of Elmhurst City Council met Aug. 18

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

The City of Elmhurst has been conducting public meetings to remain in compliance with the following rules set forth:

Public Comment

• Persons wishing to speak during Public Forum must sign in prior to the City Council Meeting in the back of the City Council Chambers, labeled Public Forum Sign-in Sheet.

• Public comment is limited to three minutes.

• Speakers will be called upon in the order that the requests are received by the Clerk.

• Participants are only allowed to participate in the Public Forum portion of the agenda.

• Participants are subject to be videotaped or photographed, once signed up for public comment.

Written Communication

• All written communication documents must be labeled written communication.

• Written communication must identify the meeting title and date.

• Written communication must be submitted in advance, to the City Clerk’s Office by email to [email protected] or in person no later than 5:00 p.m. on the night of the meeting.
