Friday, March 21: Downers Grove South High School standout Gino Cozzi’s college team wins to Valdosta State Blazers

On Friday, March 21, former Downers Grove South High School standout Gino Cozzi’s current college team, the Montevallo Falcons, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Valdosta State Blazers.

The game took place at Billy Grant Field. This was their first matchup against the Blazers this season.

The Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 12 p.m. at Billy Grant Field against Valdosta State Blazers.
