The Illinois Wesleyan University men's golf team concluded the 2025 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship with a second-place finish. The tournament, held in Penfield, New York, ended on May 23 after an early rain delay. IWU's performance marked their fourth top-four finish in program history.

Senior Griffin Pohl delivered another All-American performance by tying for seventh place. He completed the tournament with a 72-hole score of 290, becoming the first Titan since Dex Reese to secure a top-10 position in multiple NCAA Championships.

Junior Michael Spitzer finished tied for 14th place, marking his second consecutive season inside the top-15. He ended the final round even par with a score of 294.

Juniors Juney Bai and Aidan Healy, along with senior Quinn Clifford, also contributed to IWU's overall performance. Bai posted a score of 298, while Healy recorded a 304 in his national tournament debut. Clifford completed the event with a score of 305.

Methodist University claimed the national title with a total score of 1175 after posting the best round of the week on the final day. IWU followed closely at 1180, ahead of Emory (1182), Washington & Lee (1183), and Carnegie Mellon (1185). Edward Coffren from Lynchburg won the individual championship with a four-day total of 280.

This tournament concluded the 2024-25 season for IWU and marked the end of collegiate careers for seniors Pohl and Clifford. Throughout the season, IWU secured five tournament victories and achieved their best NCAA Championship result since winning in 2021.
