The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men's Tennis Championship is set to begin with the quarterfinal round on Thursday in Sterling, Illinois. Due to anticipated inclement weather, this round will be held indoors at Westwood Fitness & Sports Center. In the opening match, top-seeded North Central will face #8 Elmhurst at 8:30 a.m., followed by #4 Wheaton against #5 Carroll at 10:30 a.m.
The competition will continue with the second half of the quarterfinals on Thursday when #2 Carthage takes on #7 Illinois Wesleyan around 2 p.m. Tournament host Augustana, holding the third seed, will meet #6 Millikin at approximately 4:30 p.m., completing Thursday's matches.
Semifinal matches are scheduled for 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Friday, with the championship match set for Saturday at 10 a.m. These final matches will be held at Lincoln Park in Rock Island.
North Central, Carthage, and Augustana each shared the 2025 CCIW regular-season championship with identical 6-1 records. North Central, the defending tournament champion, is looking to retain its title after a close 5-4 victory over Carthage in the 2024 final. The win was North Central's second title in three seasons.
