The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) has announced its Men's Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for the period from March 31 to April 13.

Eli Spence of Elmhurst University was named the Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week. The junior from Snoqualmie, Washington, scored 12 goals and made four assists, with a goal conversion rate of 46% in his last two games. This marked Spence's fourth time earning the CCIW Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week award in 2025. He contributed seven goals and two assists to Elmhurst's 15-12 victory over Carthage on April 5, followed by five goals and two assists in a 17-12 loss to Denison the next weekend.

On the defensive front, Illinois Wesleyan's Nick Horrocks was honored as the Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week. The senior from Boulder, Colorado, led his team to a 2-0 record in CCIW play, with a 19-10 win over North Central and an 11-9 victory against Carthage. In the league opener against North Central on Wednesday, Horrocks achieved game-highs with five caused turnovers and six ground balls. In the game against Carthage, he added one caused turnover and four ground balls, totaling 10 ground balls and six caused turnovers for the week.

Spence and Horrocks are just some notable names in the 2025 list of weekly honorees. Past winners in the offensive category include Timothy McHugh, Andrew Johnson, and again Eli Spence in other weeks. On the defensive side, earlier honorees this year include players like Aidan Murphy, Noah Mickelson, and others.
