Bryan Moore Associate Executive Director | College Conference Of Wisconsin And Illinois
Illinois Wesleyan senior Raj Sethi was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men's Golf Student-Athlete of the Week. Sethi achieved this recognition after his performance at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational last weekend.
Sethi, hailing from Chandler, Arizona, completed rounds of 69 and 72, finishing two strokes under par. This performance secured him a third-place finish out of 228 participants at both Ironwood Golf Club and Weibring Golf Club. His efforts also contributed significantly to the Titans' victory in the 38-team event, with a team total of 575.
This is the second time Sethi has earned the CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week award, having previously received it on September 27, 2023.
The 2024-25 CCIW Men's Golf Student-Athletes of the Week have seen multiple athletes recognized, including Griffin Pohl from Illinois Wesleyan, Tanner Angelstad from Carthage, Mitchell Mazzei from North Central, Felix Pettersson from North Park, and Virgile Gruny from Millikin.
