Clayton Maack, representing Millikin University, was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men's Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week. This recognition was announced by the league on Tuesday.

Maack's performance last week secured him this title. On Friday, in a CCIW dual at Wheaton, Maack won his matches. He succeeded in #2 doubles with a 7-5 result, partnering with Matthew Kordesh against Wheaton's Andrew Jang and Andrew Winters. Later, Maack triumphed in #2 singles with a 7-5, 6-0 win over Jacob Williams of Wheaton College. Additionally, the following day, Maack and Kordesh achieved a 6-1 doubles victory against North Central's Justin Penados and Ignacio Hernandez Ruix.

Maack's recognition marks the third time this season a Millikin student-athlete has received the CCIW weekly honors in men's tennis. Previous honorees this season include Matthew Kordesh, also from Millikin, and other athletes from schools within the conference.
