The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) has named its Baseball Student-Athletes of the Week for the period from February 24 to March 2.

Noah Yi, a senior from Wheaton, earned recognition as Hitter of the Week. In a three-game series against Greenville, Yi achieved a .778 batting average by going 7-for-9. He hit two doubles and walked four times, resulting in an on-base percentage of .867. Additionally, Yi scored six runs and successfully stole six bases while maintaining a perfect defensive record with 18 chances.

Nathan Melby, a senior from Augustana, was honored as Pitcher of the Week. Melby contributed to his team's victory over Northland with an 11-6 win in Rantoul, Illinois. He pitched 3.1 scoreless innings in relief, striking out five batters without issuing any walks and allowing only two hits.

The list of honorees for the CCIW Baseball Student-Athletes of the Week includes Noah Yi from Wheaton as Hitter on March 3 and Thomas Ward from Carroll on February 25. For Pitchers, Nathan Melby from Augustana was recognized on March 3 and Zach O’Donnell from Millikin on February 25.
