Mariellyn Vivo Conference Coordinator | College Conference Of Wisconsin And Illinois
The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) has announced the recipients of its Fall 2024 Dave Wrath and Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference awards. The announcement was made on Friday morning.
The Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference award recognizes individuals who have achieved a grade-point average of 3.30 or higher and have completed at least one year in residency at their respective schools. The award is named after former Augustana College athletics administrator, Dave Wrath, who retired in June 2021 after serving the Vikings for 40 years. Wrath also contributed significantly to the establishment of the CCIW's Academic All-Conference Program in 2005.
The Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference award honors two student-athletes from each CCIW member institution, one male and one female, for each sports season—fall, winter, and spring. Eligible individuals must maintain a grade-point average of 3.50 or above and have completed at least one year in residency at their school. This award is named after Jack Swartz, former Wheaton College Director of Athletics and CCIW Commissioner until his passing on July 11, 1997.

From Carthage: Nicholas Renfro (Men’s Soccer), Graduate; Kate Sumner (Women’s Soccer), Senior.
From Elmhurst: Caden Sultzbaugh (Men’s Soccer), Junior; Lauren Nevins (Women’s Soccer), Sophomore.
From Illinois Wesleyan: Josh Hlavacek (Football), Senior; Macy Ludwig (Women’s Golf), Senior.
From Millikin: Bradyn Olmstead (Men’s Cross Country), Graduate; Kailee Itzenhuiser (Women’s Volleyball), Senior.
From North Central: Bobby Behmer (Football), Senior; Hailey Poe (Women’s Triathlon), Senior.
From North Park: Jereme Ombogo (Football), Junior; Hanna Zethraeus (Women’s Tennis), Senior.
