Illinois Wesleyan University has moved up in the latest D3hoops.com poll, now ranked at number 11. This rise follows their recent victory over Millikin with a score of 96-60 in the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) match held last Saturday in Bloomington.
The Titans accumulated 365 points in the latest poll, surpassing St. John's and Wisconsin Lutheran, who are now ranked at numbers 14 and 16 respectively. The top three teams remain unchanged, with Wesleyan, NYU, and Wisconsin-Platteville holding their positions.
Carthage College continues to be the highest-ranked team among those not included in the top rankings. They received 46 points from the panel of 25 voters and are just 14 points away from entering the rankings.
In addition to their performance in the D3hoops.com poll, Illinois Wesleyan also holds the number 11 spot in the newly released NCAA NPI rankings. Carthage is positioned at number 17.
