Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) women's basketball team has successfully held its place in the national rankings following two victories in the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW). These wins have allowed IWU to maintain its position in both the D3hoops.com poll and the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) rankings.

In the latest updates, IWU remains fourth in the D3hoops.com poll and fifth in the coaches’ poll. Last week, IWU secured home victories against North Park with a score of 99-42 on Tuesday, followed by an 83-52 win over Millikin on Saturday. This victory also ensured at least a share of the regular-season CCIW title for IWU.

The top positions in both polls are led by New York University (NYU), which is unanimously ranked number one. Scranton and Bowdoin follow closely behind, while Christopher Newport holds fourth place in the coaches’ poll.
