The Pleasant Prairie RecPlex is set to host the 74th annual College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Swimming and Diving Championships from Wednesday to Saturday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The event kicks off on Wednesday at noon with diving competitions at the Koenitzer Aquatic Center in Kenosha, hosted by Carthage.

Swimming events will commence on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. with the 800 women’s and men’s freestyle relays at the RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie. These events will continue through Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with preliminaries starting each day at 10:30 a.m., followed by finals from Thursday to Saturday at 6 p.m. A senior ceremony for all seven CCIW programs is planned for Saturday evening at 5 p.m.

Admission to Wednesday's diving competition is priced at $10 for all attendees except children aged 12 and under. For the swimming portion, tickets can be purchased online. All-session passes are available for $50, single-day admission costs $20, and one-session admission is priced at $10. Children aged 2-12 can enter for $5 per session, while those under age 2 are admitted free of charge. Current CCIW students receive free entry upon presenting a valid student ID.

Augustana University holds the current team championship titles after securing both the women's and men's team titles last February. The women's team won their second title in three seasons with a score of 862.5 points, while the men's team clinched their second consecutive championship with 843 points. Augustana's men's team aims to achieve three consecutive CCIW championships for the first time since their streak from 1969 through 1971.
