1. Call to Order - Mayor Levin called the meeting to order at 8:57pm.

• Tom Altergott - Spoke in regard to the enforcement of ordinances.

• Alderman Hill - City of Elmhurst Veterans Day Ceremony 11/11 10:30am Wilder Park. Also looking for assistance from more veterans in Elmhurst. Veterans Tribute concert at Elmhurst University 11/10 at noon.
• Clerk Tamer - Announced Election Day hours 11/5 and filing date for Consolidated elections days/hours.
• Alderman Irby - Looking for volunteers for the 16 great lakes naval basic training students coming to town for Thanksgiving dinner with their relatives at the legion.

6.1 Mayor Levin - No report
6.2 City Manager Grabowski - City Manager announced free leaf pickup on your garbage pickup day of Nov. 6,7, and 8, also Dec. 4,5, and 6. City Hall will be closed 11/11, staff will be completing in house training.
7. Other Business
Alderman Irby inquired about following referrals processes in which City Manager Grabowski reported that referrals are tracked through BoardDocs.
8. Adjournment - Alderman Nardini moved to adjourn the meeting. Alderman Bastedo seconded. A voice vote was taken. Motion passed unanimously.
