State Representative Amy Grant from Illinois is drawing attention to National Adoption Day, celebrating the families formed through adoption in the state. As a member of the Adoption and Child Welfare Committees, she emphasizes the importance of providing every child with a secure and loving home.

"Adoption changes lives, not only for children but for the families who open their hearts and homes to them," stated Rep. Grant. "Every child deserves the love and stability that a forever family provides."

Rep. Grant urges Illinois residents to celebrate families who have adopted and to remember those children still awaiting permanent homes. National Adoption Day serves as an occasion to increase awareness about adoption and foster care needs. The community's collective efforts can help ensure that every child has an opportunity to grow in a nurturing environment.
