ZONING-24-000042 Zvak Milton Request for Withdrawal

1. Conditional Use to increase the total size of detached accessory buildings from permitted 2,393 sq. ft. to approximately 2,821 sq. ft. (2,450 sq. ft. for proposed barn and 371 sq. ft. for two existing sheds)

2. Variation to allow the total size of detached accessory buildings to be larger than the existing principal residence.

3. Variation to reduce the interior side setback for a proposed barn from permitted 10 feet to approximately 5 feet.

ZONING-24-000058 Mies Lisle Variation to reduce the corner side setback from required 30 feet to approximately 12.08 feet. for a one- story, three car garage addition and interior renovation project.

ZONING-24-000060 Kosela Lisle

1. Variation to reduce the required lot size (area) for three (3) new lots serviced with well and septic, from required 40,000 sq. ft. to approximately 10,203 sq. ft. for Lot 1A, 10,879 sq. ft. for Lot 2A, and 11,172 sq. ft. for Lot 3A.

2. Variation to reduce the required lot width for two (2) new interior lots serviced with well and septic, from required 125 feet wide to approximately 90 feet wide for Lot 1A and approximately 100 feet wide for Lot 2A.

3. Variation to reduce the required lot width for (1) new corner lot serviced with well and septic from required 150 feet wide, to approximately 108.79 feet wide for Lot 3A.

ZONING-24-000061 Phillips Downers Grove Conditional Use to allow a small pier approximately one (1) inch from the interior side property line due to the location of the lake.
