Rep. Sanalitro recently conducted a door-to-door campaign to inform residents about the services offered by his office. During this outreach, she met with constituents Gary and Carol, who expressed concerns about the cost of living and high taxes in Illinois.

"They used the time I was at their door to give me feedback about how the cost of living and high taxes are really making it difficult for them to afford living in Illinois," Rep. Sanalitro said.

In response, Rep. Sanalitro reassured them of his commitment to legislative efforts aimed at reducing taxes, cutting wasteful spending, and increasing government transparency. 

"I encouraged them that as their State Rep, I am committed to supporting legislation that lowers taxes, cuts wasteful spending, and increases government transparency," she stated.

Rep. Sanalitro emphasized the importance of prioritizing these initiatives to make Illinois a more desirable place for both living and business activities. 

"Sure we have a long way to go, but if we prioritize these ideas we can return Illinois to a desirable place to live and do business," she added.

Throughout the summer, Rep. Sanalitro's office will continue this door-to-door campaign. She invited residents to reach out with any questions or requests for assistance during this period. 

"We’re looking forward to connecting with many more of you in the coming weeks," she concluded.
