Jerry Evans, a candidate for the 11th Congressional District, is scheduled to host a reception on Tuesday, Jan. 30 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Le Chocolat Du Bouchard located at 129 S Washington Street in Naperville. Tickets for the reception are priced at $100 per person, with special rates of $60 for Precinct Committeemen and Young Republicans. The 11th Congressional District includes most of McHenry and Kane Counties and parts of Boone, Lake, DeKalb, DuPage, Cook and Will Counties. The district is currently represented by U.S. Rep. Bill Foster (D-Ill.). According to Foster, the new 11th Congressional District encompasses just 45% of the previous district population, including areas such as Aurora, Naperville, Lisle, and Bolingbrook.
