The Elmhurst University women's track and field team moved up to No. 21 in the latest USTFCCCA national poll, as announced by the organization Wednesday afternoon.

The Bluejays entered the national rankings for the first time in program history two weeks back, debuting at No. 24 before moving to No. 22 a week later. The latest ranking marks the highest national ranking in program history.

Additionally, Elmhurst ranks No. 6 in the Midwest region, staying even from last week's rankings. The Bluejays are currently the second-ranked team in the CCIW behind North Central College.

The Bluejay women are coming off of a tie for second-place at the Windy City Rumble, where multiple student-athletes finished in the top-five of their events.

Individually, Ava David is ranked 13th nationally, second in the region, and tops in the CCIW in the 60 Meters. Additionally, David is third nationally and first in both the Midwest region and CCIW in the 400 Meters. Fellow running mate Huda Hussaini also ranks in the top-ten nationally, regionally, and in the conference in the 60 Meters and 200 Meters. Nakala Nadeau sits eighth nationally, second in the region, and second in the CCIW in the 60 Meter Hurdles.
