6. PROCUREMENT REQUISITIONS

A. JPS-P-0045-23 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Northeast DuPage Family and Youth Services, to provide services to youths who are at risk of domestic violence and trauma, for the period February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024, for a contract total amount not to exceed $36,000. Other professional services not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section 2-353(1)(b). (Probation & Court Services)

7. RESOLUTIONS

A. JPS-R-0038-23 RESOLUTION -- Acceptance of an Extension of Time for the U.S. Department of Justice - Office of Community Oriented Policing Services Law Enforcement Mental Health and Wellness Act 2020 Grant - Cooperative Agreement No. 2020MHWXK023, Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 4503. (Sheriff's Office)

B. JPS-R-0039-23 RESOLUTION -- Additional Appropriation for the Neutral Site Custody Exchange Fund - Company 1400 - Accounting Unit 5920 - $19,900. (Family Center)

C. JPS-R-0037-23 RESOLUTION -- Additional Appropriation for the Probation Services - Fees Fund - Company 1400 - Accounting Unit 6120 - $135,000 (Probation and Court Services)

8. BUDGET TRANSFERS

A. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account nos. 5920-50040 (part time help) and 5920-51040 (employee medical & hospital insurance) to account nos. 5920-50000 (regular salaries), 5920-51010 (employer share I.M.R.F.), 5920-51030 (employer share social security) and 5920-53803 (miscellaneous meeting expense) in the amount of $28,690 to cover shortages under IMRF and social security payments within Judicial Personnel accounts. The transfer also fixes shortages for FY22 for Salaries and Meeting Expenses. (Family Center)

B. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account nos. 5920-50080, 5920-51050, 5920- 52000, 5920-52100, 5920-52200, 5920-52320, 5920-53020, 5920-53410, 5920-53500, 5920-53610, 5920-53800, 5920-53804, 5920-53806 and 5920-53828 to account no. 5920-50080 (salary and wage adjustments) in the amount of $20,162 needed to cover shortages under Benefit Payments for employee who retired at the Family Center in FY22. (Family Center)

C. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 6710-53807 (Software Maintenance Agreements) to account no. 6710-53020 (Information Technology SVC) in the amount of $100,000 required to extend pre-existing e-citation vendor services, while trying to implement a new vendor solution. (Circuit Court Clerk)

D. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 5900-53040 (Interpreter Services) to account no. 5900-52100 (I.T. Equipment-Small Value) in the amount of $30,551 for the following reason: Due to supply chain issues, the grant-covered courtroom microphones were not received until after the state grant year. The grant had to be closed without the microphone expense. There are excess funds in the Interpreter Services line for FY2022 and the request is to use these funds to cover the late-arriving courtroom microphones. An attempt will be made to recoup the total expense of $41,820 from the state in the FY2023 grant year. (18th Judicial Circuit Court)

9. CHANGE ORDERS

A. Change Order -- Change order for County Contract #5294-0001 SERV, issued to Path to Recovery Foundation, to extend the time period from January 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. No change to contract total amount. GRANT FUNDED (Probation & Court Services)
