Census Bureau: 77.2 percent of people in Wheaton were old enough to vote in 2020

Of the 53,157 citizens living in Wheaton in 2020, 41,044 were old enough to vote as of March 24, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 21,310 of those people were female and 19,734 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
