Special Meeting called to order at 1900 hours at DuPage County Complex by Mayor with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor followed by a moment of silence for those departed and those who might be in harm's way.
Roll Call:
Bruce Mayor, Don Sender, Alan Mendelssohn, Rich Greenwald, Del Miller, Mike Barbour, and John Schmitt.
A quorum was present.
