6. BUDGET TRANSFERS
A. Budget Transfers -- Budget adjustment total of $120,180 from the following accounts: $5,000 from 1000-1110-50000 (Regular Salaries); $60,000 from 1000-1110-53260 (Wireless Communication Svc); $180 from 1000-1110-53510 (Travel Expense); and $55,000 from 1000-1110-53806 (Software Licenses) for the following: $5,000 to 1000- 1110-50050 (Temporary Salaries); $115,000 to 1000-1110-53020 (Information Technology Svc); and $180 to 1000-1110-53600 (Dues & Memberships), to cover the salary for a seasonal employee, NAGW memberships, and additional professional services for Information Technology.
7. TRAVEL REQUESTS
A. Authorization to Travel -- Approval is requested to have an IT staff member attend the Illinois Counties Information Management Association (ICIMA) 2022 Fall Conference in Oglesby, Illinois from October 5, 2022 through October 7, 2022 for an approximate cost of $475.
B. Authorization to Travel -- Approval is requested to have an IT staff member attend the Accela Customer Advisory Board Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah from October 5, 2022 through October 7, 2022 for an approximate cost of $1,585.
