Sole Source. 

8. BID RENEWAL 

A. 2022-76 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Anchor Mechanical, Inc., to provide time and material HVAC and refrigeration services, as-needed, for County facilities, for Facilities Management, for the period October 14, 2022 through October 13, 2023, for a total contract amount not to exceed $29,500, per renewal option under bid award #21-067-FM, first option to renew.

A. FM-R-0355-22 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval of an Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and Family Shelter Service, Inc. for lease of space at The Henry J.
