K. SM-P-0221-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract issued to Trotter & Associates, Inc., for On-Call Professional Engineering Services, for Stormwater Management, for the period August 9, 2022 through November 30, 2023, for a contract total amount not to exceed $90,000; with the option to renew after one year. Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. vetted through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).
L. SM-P-0222-22 Recommendation for approval for a contract to Altorfer Industries, Inc., to furnish and deliver one (1) Caterpillar Mini Hydraulic Excavator, for Stormwater Management, for a contract total not to exceed $33,200; per Sourcewell Contract #032119-CAT.
M. Action Item -- Action Requested: Staff is requesting Committee approval to begin a 21- day Public Comment Period for amendments to Chapter 15 of the DuPage County Code (DuPage County Countywide Stormwater and Floodplain Ordinance (Ordinance)).
N. Grant Proposal Notifications -- GPN 042-22: Fiscal Year 2022 (PDM) Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant Program – Illinois Emergency Management Agency – U.S. Department of Homeland Security (FEMA) - $915,000. (Stormwater Management)
