DuPage County Transportation Committee met May 3.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

1. CALL TO ORDER

10:00 AM meeting was called to order by District 6 James Zay at 10:02 AM. Pursuant to County Board rules, Member Zay asked Sheila Rutledge to join the Transportation Committee Meeting for a physical quorum to be present at the meeting, in compliance with 7(a) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.

Member Zay, having noted there was a physical quorum present in the room, moved and Member Chaplin seconded a motion to allow Vice-Chair Ozog to participate remotely under section 7(a) of the Open Meetings Act, at the Transportation Committee Meeting. The motion was approved on a roll call vote, all "ayes".
