Averett University volleyball head coach Olivia Earls announced the addition of Brayden Walden as an assistant coach on Monday.
Walden played four seasons at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. She appeared in 309 sets over 92 career matches as a setter. She served as a team captain and social media coordinator.
In addition to playing experience, Walden has served as an assistant coach for the Frisco Flyers volleyball club, helping with rwe 15 national team and the 11 national team.
A native of McKinney, Texas, Walden earned her bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology from Mount Holyoke in December 2021. She is pursuing her master's degree from Averett.
