On March 16, Shawn Sinclair purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2167 Wildwood Court, Hanover Park from Brijinder S Mehta for $245,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,193.94, 2.12% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $175,000 on Sept. 24, 2004.

So far in March 2022, 21 properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Chanpreet Mehta, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 2167 Wildwood Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
