On March 17, Chicago Title Land Trt Co. Ttee sold their home at 81 Norfolk Ave., Clarendon Hills to Laura Elizabeth Liss and Seena Farzaneh for $550,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,746.06, 1.77% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 26, 2006 for $472,000.

So far in March 2022, seven properties sold in Clarendon Hills.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 81 Norfolk Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Molly Gasior, Tracy G. Gasior, 61, Mary Ann Gasior, 60, Brett Gasior, and Casey G. Gasior, 24.
