Spirit Realty LP buys 1140 31st St., Downers Grove for $9.1M

On March 23, Spirit Realty LP purchased a commercial property at 1140 31st St., Downers Grove from Jes White Cap Dg LLC for $9,100,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $91,425.72, which is 1.0% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 59 properties sold in Downers Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Erick Clark, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 1140 31st St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
