The home at 1352 Northgate Court, Bartlett was sold on March 24 by Krieter Joint Tenancy (trust) for $365,000. The buyers were Oleksandr and Oksana Shunevych.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,669.94, 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 8, 2008 for $286,500.

So far in March 2022, nine properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1352 Northgate Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: S. Krieter, 61, and Andrew P. Krieter, 42.
