The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2169 W. Concord Lane, Addison was sold on March 25 by Michael Palermo for $303,000. The buyers were Jacob T. Hurlburt and Sarah N. Negrette.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,203.94, 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 31 properties sold in Addison.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 2169 W. Concord Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert Pelland, 69, Steve Cipriani, 50, and Frank Vivacqua, 50.
