On March 8, Michael G. and Molly Kathleen Davitt purchased a home at 185 Bryant Ave., Glen Ellyn from Normand E Weaver for $429,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,883.54, 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 13 properties sold in Glen Ellyn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 185 Bryant Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shirley D. Sweet, 65, and Loretta Sweet.
