The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,415.80, 1.74% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $350,000 on July 30, 2021.

This property is one of nine sales so far in Bloomingdale in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 253 Hawthorne Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrea Harrison, 37, and Matthew Harrison, 37.
