On March 10, David and Holly Francis purchased a home at 1404 Gilbert Ave., Downers Grove from Sandra Lee Shaw Klaus (trustee) for $320,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,601.70, 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 36 properties sold in Downers Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Roberta C. Shaw, was the only registered voter residing at 1404 Gilbert Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
