On March 10, Robert C. McCarthy and Julieann Tuohy purchased a home at 230 S. Princeton Ave., Villa Park from Grandview Capital LLC for $305,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,866.88, 1.92% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 18, 2021. It last sold for $215,000.

So far in March 2022, 10 properties sold in Villa Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were six registered voters residing at 230 S. Princeton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathy Joann Hilliard, 60, Nicholas Philip Cantwell, 31, Barbara A. Huff, 81, Doyle R. Hilliard, 61, Freddie Darough, and Carlos M. Darough, 24.
