7409 Canterbury Place, Downers Grove sold by Denese Foltz

On March 4, Zehra and Iqbal Hussain purchased a home at 7409 Canterbury Place, Downers Grove from Denese Foltz for $220,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,940.24, 1.34% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 13, 2015 for $157,000.

So far in March 2022, 14 properties sold in Downers Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Denese Foltz has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7409 Canterbury Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victoria L. Lewis, 76, Brian Lewis, 51, and Denese Foltz, 63.
