On March 7, Isabel Shuurman sold their home at 415 Wedgewood Court, Willowbrook to Robert and Gail Brandys for $745,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,089.30, 1.49% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 30, 2009. It last sold for $540,000.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Willowbrook as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Isabel Vargas Schuurman, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 415 Wedgewood Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
