On March 7, Susan K. Henne purchased a home at 838 S. Wheaton Ave., Wheaton from Margaret M. Quattrochi for $430,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,452.94, 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of seven sales so far in Wheaton in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Margaret Quattrochi has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
