On March 7, Dennis Andreuccetti sold their home at 258 N. Grant St., Westmont to Camp Dempsey LLC for $226,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,962.68, 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Westmont in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Odd Meyer, 70, was the only registered voter residing at 258 N. Grant St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
