The two bedroom, one bathroom property at 1713 De Forest Lane, Hanover Park was sold on March 3 by Park Real Estate LLC for $185,000. The buyers were Muhammad Basit and Aisha Khan.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,062.50, which is 2.74% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this property sold was Jan. 18, 2012. It last sold for $54,000.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Hanover Park as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1713 De Forest Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Travon Clemmons, 29, and Gloria Clemmons, 54.
