On March 3, William F. Ray purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 836 County Line Road, Aurora from David R. Marshall Jr. for $210,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,900.92. This is 2.81% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, five properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William F. Ray has been registered to vote since 2009 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 836 County Line Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alan T. McCrary, 55, Dave Marshall, 45, Angel L. Ray, 49, and William F. Ray, 46.
