On March 3, Kirk Michael Schimpf Jr. and Abigail Corrine Kennedy purchased a home at 200 S. Euclid Ave., Villa Park from Old Second National Bank (trust) for $243,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,043.76, 2.48% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Villa Park so far in March 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Tara Senato-Kelm, was the only registered voter residing at 200 S. Euclid Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
