1. CALL TO ORDER
7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Chair James Zay at 7:30 AM.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Hinterlong, Deacon Garcia, DeSart (Remote), Eckhoff, Krajewski, Pojack, Pulice, Tornatore (7:45 AM), Yusuf, Zay
ABSENT: Brummel, Nero
Chairman Zay requested that the Committee allow Member DeSart to attend and vote remotely via Zoom. The motion was made by Member Krajewski and seconded by Member Garcia. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT - PUBLIC COMMENT IS LIMITED TO THREE MINUTES PER PERSON
No public comment was offered.
4. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS-CHAIR ZAY
The Chairman sent get well wishes to Member DeSart and Director Hunn. Both of whom attended remotely due to medical reasons.
