March 1 Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol At 12:46 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle in the 7500 block of Cass Avenue traveling at a high rate of speed then brake. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Dawn Sadorf, 51, of 2S625 Briarcliff Court, Lombard was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Sadorf was given a court date of April 5, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended At 10:47a.m. an officer observed a speeding auto in the 7500 block of Lyman Avenue. Radar indicated a speed of 41 mph in a 25 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Latoya Foster, 35, of 236 Vine Street Aurora was arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding. Foster was given a court date of April 14, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended At 11:36 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle with an unreadable registration in the area of Cass Avenue. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Christopher Gray, 26, of 7224 S. Merrill Avenue

Chicago was arrested for driving while license suspended, no valid insurance and obstructed

registration plate visibility. Gray was given a court date of April 28, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol At 11:24 p.m. an officer observed a speeding vehicle in the 7100 block of Cass Avenue. Radar confirmed a speed of 71 mph in a 40 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Sebastian Morales Basantes, 26, of 208 Elmwood Road, Romeoville was arrested for driving under the

influence of alcohol and speeding over statutory limit 21-25. Morales Basantes was given a court date of April 5, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

March 2 Theft At 4:30 a.m. officers were dispatched to WoodSprings Suites, 951 N Frontage Road for a report

of a male blocking the entrance. The victim told police the offender is attempting to leave with money that was taken from the victim’s wallet. The offender, Deambre Jones, 29, of 1929 Holly Drive, Springfield was arrested for theft. Jones was given a court date of May 3, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended

At 2:20 p.m. an officer observed a vehicle with no front license plate. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Marissa Hargrove, 39, of 7404 Tennessee Drive, Willowbrook was arrested for

driving while license suspended and no registration plate on vehicle front. Hargrove was given a court date of April 21, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

March 3 Theft At 1:58 p.m. an officer was dispatched to the 1900 block of Sweetbriar Lane for a theft. The complainant advised between March 3, 2021 and 1:59 p.m. March 8, 2022 unknown offenders took coins from boxes in the residence. The approximate loss is $1,500 no other information at

this time.

Driving While License Suspended At 9:23 p.m. officers observed a vehicle with no registration plate lights visible. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Nadine Russell, 38, of 11923 S. Wentworth Avenue Chicago was charged with driving while license suspended and driving with no registration plate light. Russell was given a court date of May 5, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

March 4

Obstructing Identification At 10:00 a.m. an officer observed a speeding vehicle in the 8200 block of Cass Avenue. Radar confirmed a speed of 49 mph in a 40 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Ebony Phillips, 31, of 1563 Wentworth Avenue, Calumet City was arrested for a warrant out of Cook County, obstructing identification, unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, speeding and no valid driver’s license. Phillips was given a court date of April 12, 2022 at DuPage CountyJudicial

Center.

Driving While License Suspended At 11:28 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle without a front registration plate in the 7300 block of Cass Avenue. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Javier Alvarado, 20, of 4948 Harnew Road

S Oak Lawn was arrested for driving while license suspended and no front registration. Alvarado was given a court date of April 28, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Retail Theft At 3:40 p.m. officers were dispatched to Walmart, 2189 75 Street for a retail theft. A loss

prevention official had video showing the offender not scanning some items in the self–cthckout lane and then attempting to exit. The offender, Faheem Spencer, 27, of 2101 S. 12 Avenue, Maywood was cited for retail theft and given a court date of March 31, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended

At 11:13 p.m. an officer observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The vehicle was stopped andthedriver,DominiqueTaylor,32,of22027W.MillerCourt,Plainfieldwasarrestedfordriving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration. Taylor was given a court date of April 21, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Unlawful Use of Weapon

At 11:19 p.m. an officer observed a vehicle on Heritage Parkway approaching the intersection of Heritage Parkway and Lemont Road. The driver of the vehicle continued going through the red traffic signal turning left onto northbound Lemont Road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Valerie Perez, 30, of 24220 Mill Creek Lane, Plainfield was arrested and charged with aggravated unlawful use of weapon in vehicle, possession of cannabis more than 30 but not more than 100 grams, driverrequired to wearseatbelts anddisobeyedtrafficcontrol signal. Perez was transported by Darien police to DuPage County Jail.

March 6

Driving While License Suspended At 9:37a.m. an officer observed a vehicle speeding on Lemont Road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Davion Beckom, 23, of 205 Orchard Drive, Bolingbrook was arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding. Beckom was given a court date of May 5, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended

At 12:00 p.m. an officer in the 8900 block of Lemont Road observed a vehicle with dark tinted windows. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Jason Anderson, 46, of 3621 Sumac Drive, Joliet was arrestedfordrivingwhilelicensesuspended,improperwindowtint andunlawfuldisplay of registration. Anderson was given a court date of April 14, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
