The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,918.46, 1.48% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 24 properties sold in Downers Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ronald W. Becvar has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and eight Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 636 67th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Peggy L Becvar, 66, and Ronald W. Becvar, 70.
